Once the order is transferred to the carrier, liability for delivery passes to the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- In perfect, resellable condition
Customized or personalized items are non‑refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
8. Warranty
- 14K gold-plated (laminated) items: Warranty up to 3 months.
- 18K gold-plated (laminated) items: Warranty up to 5 years.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse or chemical exposure
- Water, sweat, or perfume damage
